What's In My Bag?

These lyrics probably don't make sense reading them, but heating them sung will. I think I told you about this Swedish band, but they are really good. This is one of there slower songs, their other songs are quite upbeat. So yeah, that's where i'm at with my Swedish music. 

Happy Monday friends!!! How was your start to the week? I don't start until the afternoon on Mondays so i normally get to lie in, but today i woke up early to get some work done. 
I really hope you've been well. 
The Christmas countdown has begun you know the adverts are already on tele, and i dunno how i fell about that. 

Today, i will let you into the contents of my day to day bag. Let us begin.

I didn't take a picture of my actual bag (because I forgot), so i will just have to get one off the Internet. But i've got a normal plain black bag from H&M. Now my Dad told me to get a big bag, and i warned him i would fill it in rubbish so please don't judge. 

I am the sort of person who can make any bags multi-dimensional, so i can fit everything and anything into my bags. This means that i am always lugging around such a heavy bag, but i've learnt to just get used to it really, i have no one else to blame. 

Sooooo, i emptied out the contents of my bag (and threw away the useless rubbish) onto the floor so you could see what i carry around with me.  

This is what i took to college today, but if i didn't need some stuff like the psychology text book or all of those pink folders, then i wouldn't take them all in. Unless i'm going to the library, which i only go on every other Monday and Friday.
Oh, i got a new purse which is exciting. I remember in like year six or something i lost my purse so i've had the same purse for a good 5/6 years, but i thought it was time for a change so i just got a new one from Primark. Nothing to special really. 

That book on the right hand side, is a book i have to analyse for English and it is honestly one of the weirdest books i have ever read. It is very like "Englishy" i just can't describe it. It's supposed to empower women and support feminism but yeeah, it's preeetty sexual! The bloody chamber and other stories, it's called, by Angela Carter. 

POST-IT-NOTES are my lifesaver like really, i have a pack in my bag and some in my room because i just stick them everywhere. They are convenient and quite fun because i get happy knowing i've done something and i get to crush a post-it-note and throw it in the bin. I am so forgetful so, they come in handy when i need to remember what programme it was i needed to watch (It was a programme called Forever by the way, with the guy from Fantastic Four)

Folders: Prevents me from just having a bag full of paper, which would eventually annoy me and end up in the recycling bin. So i have folders for each of my courses, and they were like really cheap from The Works or something. 

Notebooks: Now, people always ask me this, but the reason i  have 2 notebooks is because i write the notes in the lesson but it is always in a messy scribble so i have another one for me to write it out neatly in with highlighters and colours and diagrams. It takes me forever to write out notes because i literally cannot read my handwriting, so the struggle is real when i have to attempt to decipher my psychology notes. My rough notebook is the one on the bottom, and that was really cheap from Rymans, and you get a student discount in there so even better HOWEVER the pages have begun to fall out and i don't think that's mistreatment on my part. This leaves the top one for my neat notes, which i again got from The Works although i must say it doesn't have a ruled margin which is annoying. 

My pencil case/Highlighters: I actually stole this pencil case from my friend. During my exams last summer i didn't have a clear pencil case, and she had 2 so i borrowed one but never gave it back. I have so many pens in that pencil case because i'm scared i'm gonna lose them all. Highlighters are fun, i like highlighters. 

Psychology Textbook/A5 Notebook: I'm not even joking but this textbook is the reason why my bag gets as heavy as it does. I actually bought this notebook to write down my homework because unlike school, they don't give us a Homework planner and i am the most forgetful person in the world so i write it in here. Sometimes i just write the homework and the end of the lessons notes so that when it comes to writing out the notes i can see it. 

This is a prime example of the reason i have folders, to stop papers like this lying around inside my bag. This is a sheet to help with my Media coursework, which i will have to work on at some point. 


I'm afraid that ends this post, i've let you into what i carry in my Bag. I've just realised that i didn't have my house keys, or Vaseline in my bag today; i will have to put them in there tomorrow morning because i have my full day tomorrow. Oh and handcream! I need some hand cream.
