Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock - Matthew Quick

There's so many people in need living in a world full of greed with so little right; So much wrong and what so many say about this song.....So many eyes have gone blind so little on peoples mind poverty in east and west so much in-difference" Karina Pasian - Cry

Hello fellow readers, i come bearing good good news (I see smiles) I'm lying, i have no good news :( I'm sorry i lied, however the grammys are on tonight i suppose that's somewhat good news? What this is brilliant news, Kendrick Lamar is performing with Imagine Dragons!!! Whhhhaaaaaaat, this is good, really good news I'm so so excited, it better be good or i will not be  very happy. Errm, what else oh the red carpet? i have no interest.

Back to the point (I apologise) errm, i'm going to be doing a somewhat book review for the book Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock by Matthew Quick (He wrote The Silver Linings Playbook, which i loved)
So 'Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock' is about a boy named....Leonard Peacock who is thinking about committing suicide, but before he does he wants to give a present to his found best mates and say goodbye properly. Throughout the book we go through Leonards' life and what has lead him to make the rash decision and it's actually quite sad and i warn you now, it isn't a lovey dovey romance book, it is genuinely a sad book, and i honestly felt like i should be a better person

Throughout the book we sort of get a 'will he-won't he' feeling which is what should get you to continue reading the book.
I however like to know what is happening so i always (Your gonna hate me) Google what happens before i read or watch anything which will determine whether i continue to the end. Having already found out what happens i still continued to read it which must show something right?

I think a really important part of the book is learning what lead Leonard to make the decision.
The bottom line is, i really enjoyed reading the book, you know it's not like other books out there (if you get what i mean) and Matthew Quick writes with such meaning and he's basically just an incredibly good author. 'Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock' is also quite a short read, so it won't keep you waiting for too long*Thumbs Up*

So, if you get the chance you should try and read it, only if you think the book is for you. I hope you enjoy.

Have a really good week ahead, it won't be long until the weekend. (Optimism guys, optimism)

Goooodbyeeee, Goodbyeeee,
Naomie
