Phones, Smartphones. Good or Bad?

Hello, it's been a while hasn't it? Like a good while, however. How are you? I hope you've been well you know was your day okay? Anything exciting happen? I had my French speaking test today which went okay you know. Like i've gone past the point in worrying about my exams obviously i want to do the best but i don't see the point in fretting about them anymore.

Okay so this post is about whether you know Smartphones are a good or bad thing, because the world is changing so so much and this is just another thing we are doing to keep up. I mean our older generations would most likely disagree with the speed technology is going at but they are just going to have to get on with it. My dad, is somewhat all for it but he is currently staying true to himself by having a really old phone (Like a brick, but not really a brick) and you know he is happy with it. 

I however i'm on the fence like phones are good yes but are we getting to the point where they are getting to good? Having said that, i'm not going to go around with an ancient phone because i do want to keep up with the modern ways. 

I still try not to go on my phone when i'm around people because i do think that is quite rude, and i don't take my phone to the dinner table because again that is rude and i have respect. As much as it would be easier to text everyone, there are still some people i want to talk to on the phone and it may be that because we are all engrossed (Was that the right word?) in texting each other but i still love talking to my granddad on the phone. 

So, i never have a definitive answer for questions like this but i think as much as people may disagree i think phones are Good? Yeah they are good because we have just got to move on with things right? i mean we weren't going to stay in the stone ages forever and most of these things may only benefit us in the future?

Or not...

So, what are your thoughts? I have mixed emotions i must admit, but that doesn't stop me from being open to every possibility i mean we don't know until we try We have so got to try!!
