To Be Read When Feeling Down

Hello Sunshine, what's up? 

Hey! It's okay for whatever reason you are feeling not so okay, you will be fine i promise you just give it time, please. 
Hows about we listen to some music. 
Good song choice huh? 
So if you down about something serious, you should probably talk to someone because it will help. There are so many people you can talk to, we are all hear to listen (Me Included). 
It's results day today (for  UK GCSE) students and if you didn't get what you wanted, please don't worry about it you tried your best and the best is all you can give. Just talk to someone about your results and they will be able to some sort of solution to help you out. 

I have a problem, i keep buying books before i finish the previous book and it's getting pretty serious now guys. I also have no where to put the new and unfinished books so they are piling up. 

(That was supposed to make you smile, sorry if it didn't work) 

Put some music on dear friend, the song up there may not be your cup of tea so just put some music on that you like!! (Happy music though, Lana Del Ray may not be appropriate right now Okay?) 


I'm tryna think if i have any funny stories that i can say? Or that you can read.

You could watch an episode of Cuckoo, Taylor Launter is in this new series 

Right, hows about you have a little cry? or maybe even a laugh. It might seem a little bit weird you know, you're upset and i'm telling you laugh. Just try it honestly, afterwards everything seems like rubbish. And then you'll start laughing because you were just laughing to yourself 



Pretend to be advising someone who is feeling the way your feeling, and read it back to yourself. It's often really hard to take your own advice but just try and think about it?

I KNOW!! Go get some food bro! Some of you maybe disagree with that advice but let's be serious! I don't mean you should try and binge eat all your troubles away but you know, make yourself a cup o' tea and watch a nice movie (I like coffee, so maybe coffee?). Read a book even, i would probably do that. I would put some earphones in and escape into a book. At the moment i'm reading The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon and that does the trick.


I don't quite know what else there is i can say, just know that even though you may not feel like it there are people out there who are going to listen to you and will want to try and help you. You aren't alone in this my friend.
