Hiya, i apologise for being a bit distant lately i've just had a few exams i've been "Revising" for haha.
I had 2 today, Maths and English. The Maths was alright you know i'm okay about that one but the English, don't even get me started on English! Ask anyone who did that exam and they will actually tell you the worst, it was a horrible exam ridiculous questions were asked if i'm quite honest. I will just have to wait until Janusry when i get the results :/
I dunno if i've done a post like this before, but i've come so far from where i was two or three years ago though because just the thought of having an exam would have freaked the hell out of me, but i went to bed yesterday feeling okay not worried not scared nothing. I woke up feeling okay still not feelings in my stomach telling me my life is over as soon as i walk into the hall. Waiting outside to line up, nothing Huzzah.
Don't be scared
My advice to anyone is to please please not be scared, once you get used the whole examination process hopefully it will start to get a lot more comfortable. I completely understand that this exam may change your life if you mess it up, but you really don't need to think about that, focus your mind to what you're there to do. I promise if you calm yourself down a little bit, take deep breaths you will feel a lot more comfortable with the process, and you will be able to think a lot easier.
Prioritse your time
You're gonna have to make the time to revise and actually study because that will potentially be the difference between pass and fail. There may be times when you are going to have to say 'No' to your friends if they ask you to go ans hang out or something. I know it's gonna be hard to actually say no because friends can be quite persuasive right? but just consider it.
I totally get that Exams are a hard process to go through, but it'll all soon be over and if the exams you chose are a step closer to the career you want to chose in the future.
