What is Peace and Serenity?

"So speak now or forever hold your peace, can't help but wonder from my seat if he knows you're meant for me" Almost Lose It - Trey Songz . 
I remember reading some of the comments to this song and a lot of them were about how this was going to be their wedding song.....I wouldn't advise it, as it is about how he (Trey Songz) is watching the girl he loves, marry someone else which err yeah, not good. 

Hello, are you well?? I hope you had a good weekend :D
If you've seen my life list post, you'll know that feel peace and serenity is on there and i'm determined to complete the list haha. So there have been quite a few occasions where i think i have felt peace and serenity but i'm not really sure you know i want to feel it proper. So i have come up with a few ground rules for myself on that one. 

My ground rules..

1. I can't be in my normal environment (normally my bedroom on my bed) because i will be distracted easily and it just won't won't work. 
2. I feel i don't need the aide of music, but i always listen to music so i might have to just let that one slide, however i will have to try and do it without music. 

Yeah, that's it i think :L

What is Peace and Serenity?
Well, for me peace and serenity is the ability to feel and calm and be in  a mindset that i feel absolutely comfortable with. Preferably a mindset where i am thinking of absolute nothingness my mind completely free of all the things the outside world has to offer. 
For me, it is important that i find this peace and serenity as i feel i will be at ease with myself you know? I will know that my body can actual deal with everything else because i know what peace feels like and i can go it whenever i please.
